2019 Ambitions

Chris

* Intent - Before I fire my missiles at you, what did you mean by your email? What message were you trying to communicate with that comment in that meeting earlier today?
* Grace - I set standards and goals way too high for myself. Instead of getting depressed and beat myself up, I'll tell myself it's okay.
* Investing in myself - Exercise workouts are sacrosanct. They are not subbed out for another event. Meetings are scheduled with myself. Process what haas happened internally, think about nothing, allow ideas to bubble up and write them down.
